I've worked every position in the room.

Different industries, same problem: too much time spent on work that didn't need a person.
The moment it clicked was watching an outbound team use interns whose only job was dialing. As soon as someone answered, they'd hand the call to a rep and start dialing again. It worked, but I kept thinking: why are three people doing what one system should be able to do? Why not run multiple calls at once, connect the first person who answers, and remove the middle step?
That question became OutDials.
Every tool I build starts the same way. Find what's wasting the most time, automate it, and make sure it fits how the team actually works. The result is simple: people spend less time on repetitive work and more time on the work that actually matters.
Effortless isn't lazy. It's what happens when the right systems are finally in place.
