What file format do I upload?
Excel (.xlsx). Your file needs at minimum: First Name, Last Name, and either a Date of Birth or Home State. CRD number improves match accuracy significantly for financial advisors.
How long does it take?
Under 5 minutes for 100 contacts. Larger lists of 5,000–14,000 contacts typically process in under 10 minutes. You get the file back automatically when it's done.
What is the C-Score?
Confidence Score. 90 means we found a mobile number via our data partner. 100 means the number already existed in your list and was verified. 0 means no match was found for that contact.
